02 · Why we're different

One lead, one realtor.
Not the rest of the industry.

We're honest about what this is: AI-assisted discovery of public social intent signals — not stolen data, not guaranteed closings, not perfect location accuracy. What we are is the only thing in this category that delivers one lead to one realtor at a time.

Parcely

Us
  • Organic leads from real conversations — buyer, seller and renter intent surfaced from public social posts.
  • Each qualified lead is assigned to one realtor in the queue.
  • Confidence-scored, AI-summarized, with a suggested outreach angle.
  • Facebook profile is treated as a primary, valid contact channel.

Shared-lead platforms

Industry default
  • Recycled form-fill leads — the same one sold to 10–20 agents.
  • Race-to-the-phone wins; the experience erodes the brand.
  • Intent is shallow — a form click, not a stated need.
  • You pay per lead, often with no quality floor.

Cold prospecting

Manual
  • Hours scrolling Facebook groups, manually screenshotting posts.
  • Inconsistent coverage — you miss what you don't see.
  • Hard to scale, hard to delegate, hard to measure.
  • Group moderators flag visibly self-promoting agents.
03 · How it works

From a stranger's public post
to a lead with your name on it.

Four steps, fully automated. The queue is what makes it work — instead of blasting the same lead to twenty agents, each qualified opportunity rotates to one member at a time.
01

Monitor social intent

Parcely monitors public posts and threads across social platforms in the GTA for real-estate signals.

02

AI qualifies the opportunity

Each post is scored for buyer/seller/renter intent. Vague or off-topic posts are filtered out before they reach you.

03

Lead enters the queue

Qualified leads are placed in a single rotating queue shared across active members in your cohort.

04

Assigned to one realtor

The next member in rotation receives the lead with contact details and a suggested outreach angle.

04 · Recent leads

What an actual lead
looks like in the queue.

Real examples from the last 72 hours, with identifying details removed. Most leads include a Facebook profile and an AI-written intent summary; roughly a third also include a phone number or email.

05 · Queue model

Fairness, not exclusivity.
We don't sell territories.

We won't claim geographic exclusivity — the underlying signals aren't precise enough for that yet, and we'd rather be honest than oversell. What we can promise is the queue: every member sees the next lead in turn, with no auctions and no lead-blasting.

One queue. One realtor per lead. Rotated fairly across the cohort.

  • Each qualified lead is assigned to a single realtor at a time.
  • The queue rotates — your turn comes around predictably, week over week.
  • Skip a lead and the next one rolls to you immediately.
  • No lead-blasting to 10+ agents.
  • No public bidding or pay-to-win priority.
  • No exclusive area or postal-code ownership claims.

07 · FAQ

Straight answers
before you sign up.

The honest version of how Parcely works — where the leads come from, who gets them, and what we won't promise.
Where do the leads come from?

From public real-estate conversations — posts and threads people share openly in public Facebook groups across the Greater Toronto Area. We never buy lists, scrape private data, or enrich profiles with third-party people-search tools.

Is this allowed? What about privacy?

We only surface posts the author chose to make public, and we're not affiliated with Meta. Anyone can ask us to remove their information at parcely.ai/privacy/remove. You stay responsible for CASL-compliant outreach to anyone you contact — see our privacy policy for the details.

How many realtors get the same lead?

One at a time. Each qualified lead is assigned to a single member through a fair rotating queue, with a 12-hour window to claim it. Only if it goes unclaimed does it move to a shared public pool — you're never one of twenty agents racing the same recycled form-fill lead.

What does it cost?

Pricing is per market, billed monthly, and starts with a 7-day free trial (card required). Cancel anytime. See current pricing for the markets that are open today.

Which areas do you cover?

The Greater Toronto Area today. More markets are planned — you can join the waitlist for one that isn't open yet from the pricing page.

Do you guarantee closings?

No. These are intent signals from real conversations, not guaranteed clients — the work of building a relationship and closing the deal is still yours. We'd rather be honest about that than sell you a number we can't back up.
